  • We will determine the percentage of completion based on the time and resources invested in your project up to that point.

1.3. Project Completion:

  • Generally, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after project completion and delivery of final approved materials.

2. Non-Refundable Products & Services:

  • Research and strategy fees associated with initial project proposals are non-refundable.

  • Rush processing fees are non-refundable.

3. Return/Replacement Request Process:
